Hi, my name is Laura, Head Chef and Founder of Pickle and Fizz. My business idea was born from a love of food from many countries, continents and cultures; inspired by the Delicatessen Concept of selling “meats, cheeses and unusual foods from around the world”.
Over the last 15 years I have been lucky enough to travel all over the world, experiencing food and culture in many continents. My love of travel has heavily influenced the food I love to cook; and my passion for flavour and colour is what sets my food apart.
I trained at the prestigious Leith’s School of Food and Wine, and after gaining experience in London restaurants as well as working as a private chef to some of London’s more distinguished residents, I set up Pickle and Fizz to follow my dream of running my own business, serving customers food I love to cook.
We create and serve food that delivers exceptional flavour, incredible quality and an amazing dining experience. Based in Surrey, we serve South London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent.
